AFAIK Modules that have duplicated themselves in the Modules Admin, the 2nd box, are the result of this new layout for nuke. Therefore any 'doubles' in the top box can just be deleted.

I think what you may be looking for is called Advanced Username Colours or something (its AUC anyway)
