well. that screen justs edits the file at:

phpnuke/modules/Free_Hosting/terms.txt

If you can control your domain, just make it to point in /phpnuke and not in /html

Sure phpnuke is as most as it is possible bug free, else we wouldn’t use it. I think probably is a matter of its popularity and with users without a clue who don’t read the manual.
