To get just mail it's usually http://yourdomain.com:2095/horde/index.php, not http://yourdomain.com:2082, 2095 being the mail port.

This should just ask users to login to WebMail, not CPanel itself.

Hope this is helpful

Nuke Cops -> Post-Install Help For Guests Only

Author: Confused31 PostPosted: Fri Jul 02, 2004 4:12 am    Post subject: Horde Mail Block.

I want to install this block because I don't want people to use outlook express in order to read their e-mails.

It asks me for this stuff:

Quote:
$url = explode('|', $row['url']);
if(!$url[0]) {
$address = "http://webmail.yourdomain.com";
} else {
$address = "$url[0]";
}
if(!$url[1]) {
$server = "localhost";
} else {
$server = "$url[1]";
}
if(!$url[2]) {
$port = "143";
} else {
$port = "$url[2]";
}
if(!$url[3]) {
$maildomain = "yourmaildomain.com";
} else {
$maildomain = "$url[3]";
}
if(!$url[4]) {
$realm = "yourrealm.com";
} else {
$realm = "$url[4]";
}

Problem is I have no idea what goes where, anyone want to guide me through this? I use Cpanel so, if you know what address I need to put that would be helpful.

I tried just accessing hordemail by http://mydomain.com:2082/horde/index.php but it requires you to log into Cpanel first and I don't want to give that info out of course.

I have the same issue. The cpanel webmail login prompt comes up the first time squirrelmail is accessed in a brower session through the block. Did anyone find a way around this?

Thanks!
Jim
