This is modified Search module with Google News search integrated (returns 10 freshest results). If you're using this module, please email Google (news-feedback@google.com) asking them to produce RSS directly out of Google News Search.

We've created one for Nuke Cops but never released it. We never received authorization from Google to release the code. It is a nice treat though!
