NukeCops - Fortress Beta 1.01 & UTC Beta 4b

These releases are bug patches to UTC and Fortress. Using the two together should remove the news and comments bugs. The UTC Beta 4b code is provided inside fortress.php for easy access. Simply copy and paste it into your mainfile.php right after the opening PHP tag.

Union Tap Code (UTC)
UTC catches not just UNION SQL Injections, but also any attempts to fool current filtering technologies against C-Like comments. UTC monitors any attempts on both the plaintext and base64 injections.
