Arandune back in safe hands.

Topic: PHP-Nuke

After several months of rowing and differences of opinion, the arandune.com team have finally split. This has resulted in the site becoming a full phpNuke support site with no links to other CMS's as has happened in the past.

The past few months have been difficult for both the arandune.com team and members of the site (which at one time numbered over 500 in just 2 months). The reasons for this are listed here:

1. Arandune (the founder) and Terax (co-founder) originally started Arandune.com as a support site for phpNuke and built up quite a good following with loads of forum discussions and over 900 downloads in their database.
2. The site got hacked BIG TIME!! The complete site was then taken down temporarily.
3. The site was made live again a couple of weeks later but the same thing happened. Once again the site was taken down.
4. Many of the other senior members of the site and several senior admins waged a personal vendetta against phpNuke for it's lack of security and the site was eventually scrapped in favour of e107.
5. Arandune stayed with the site in order to build it up using the e107 base. Terax left to work on other phpNuke projects.
6. The site got hacked several times and Arandune decided to sell the domain name and web space to Terax (100% of his share), meaning that Terax now has total control.
7. All the admins have been removed and the site has been rebuilt just recently using phpNuke again.

What does this mean for the average nuker? Well it means that the support you once had with arandune.com will soon be back to its former glory (although a name change would be good!!).

Also, new admins are required as well as contributers and moderators. All those you are interested just visit the site at arandune.com and state your interest.

Who am I? Well those of you who know Terax, will know me also. :)

Enjoy - and happy nuking (it's so good to be back!!)
