As an appology for not finishing the "Collapsing Blocks" I'd like to annonce the block "Preview Theme". Not bugy... after hard testing.
You can see that block working in cpgnuke under cpgnuke, and in Truden Web Site under PHP-Nuke 7.3
The block is very useful for theme developing Web Sites. It gives to the visitors the opportunity to preview your themes even as anonymous.
