phpGateway v4 Available For Testing

Latest version of phpGateway can be found HERE for testing purposes only. Not out yet for public release.
The module now allows you to register for free webspace, view the latest sites in the database and edit your own site from within the module. A random site will be chosen from the database and can also be viewed from within the module.
Four themes available, but made easier for new themes to be added.
The wysiwyg editor has not been added to this version due to conflicting with the updating of the database.
