Eckxmods.com and PhPNuke.ee are making an admin module that can control your whole site called NukeCP. This module has the capability to disable or enable no right click code, select all code, and even the source code encryption. It also has the ablilty to edit the text on Welcome Blocks that are in flash, and also edit messages in shoutboxes.
