Although, Breezeland.com offers a great free hosting plan, they have been experiencing a lot of down time, Spam, and DOS Attacks. The servers run very fast "When they're online". I know this from my experience with them. So don't jump in the fire yet, you may what to check it out first. Take a look at their forum to get some idea of how things are running.
