Looking for the best place in the Internet for the new PHP-NUKE-docs . Maintaining the docs is Mission Critical to the whole Nuke-group!


NukeCops-your place is probabliy one of the best place in the whole net for a new project; We want you to enlarge and enriche the the new PHP-NUKE-docs As your site is visited by thousands of Nukers day by day, you are problably one of the best places to get this great and honorable project.

what is aimed: It is planned to enlarge the documetation and to leverage the general Nuke-Knowledge. The enlarged documentation will supply end-user-satisfaction in customizantion issues as well as Nuke-Coders in their first steps to code a theme, a block or a module for phpnuke! Now, I think, it is time to get to work: all of you who want to participate are welcome. The point of departure are the new PHP-NUKE-docs

one approach: If you install a for eg. a wiki-page you would get a great mean of maintaining the docs. This would open the way for rapid prototyping and massive collaboration. Some guys of the NukeCops could reviev the process of collaborative writing. As a side-effect we have nice and tremendous advantages: Several means of getting more volunteers were discussed many times; With an approach of one big documentation-ressource, we would get aware that we have many many volunteers. One of the greatest advantages to the open source concept are the economies of scale. The advantage to open-source, is that it is possible to spread time and ressource (constrains and costs) out over a wider body of resources. But there are more interesting aspects as well:
