block-Forums.php revised and improved !

I've revised and improved the block forums that comes with phpnuke. Using code from the block forum of the nukecops i've created a block forum totally customized and with new features!
It will show the last 10 (or whatever you want) topics where a message was posted, along with the username of the last poster, in which forum
and the day and time of the post.
It will not show the messages of the private invisible forums and moderators invisible forums. It will also show smileys in the topic titles thanks to the smileys.php file found in Leo Tan Block Forums version, also updated to the phpbb of the PHP-Nuke 6.5 to 6.9 (http://www.cybercomp.d2g.com).
It will show beside the topic, the icon_minipost.gif of the forum of the theme in use.
If the theme in use does not have a forum or if the theme forum does not have the icon_minipost.gif, it will use the icon_minipost.gif of the Default Forum.
It has 4 options:
+ To have a fixed link of the forums on top, instead of having on the bottom
+ To have the block scrolling
+ To have the messages numbered
+ To have a fixed link to search in the Forums
