new / changed to this version:
1. User ID is used for direct contact with the ads' owner instead of email address. (Because most people want to keep their email private.)
2. City, State, and Country options were added so user can search ads by State or Country, etc.
3. Random Ads Block is now included.
4. Random Ads Center Block is now included.
5. Vietnamese language is now included.
6. User Ads Box was modified, now it looks better than the old one.
7. Waiting Ads status added in "Waiting Content" block
