Scrolling Advertising Center Block for phpnuke 7.9 and above by LD Software.
This block will display all of your active banners and scroll them, so that you will only see 1 banner at a time.
The scrolling will stop, by placing your pointer over the banner and will start scrolling again once you have moved your pointer away from the banner.
