Just came out with the improved version of the bock.
Center block for phpnuke Forums. It is a modified version from Maty Scripts's block-phpBB_Forums.php, tested with phpnuke 6.5, but it should be working with phpnuke 6.7-6.9. It has added with Forums Categories display, also able to switch according to themes, easy customisable according to themes.
