Community module modfied and added 2 languages

After downloading the community module which is brilliant ,for the two community sites of osc2nuke
gran canaria osc2nuke and osc2nuke germany i found out that the dropdownbox wasnt working,after checking on phpnuke.org and finding the same error on their mainpage there i decided ...
to take it out and made two blocks one with quicklinks onit as well as the map check out here
and one only with the map check out here.
It looks cleaner now aswell!!
Also added 2 languages german and dutch.
