Re: Has GoogleTap Worked For Your Site? (Score: 1) by Zhen-Xjell on Friday, November 28 @ 20:55:39 CET (User Info | Send a Message) http://castlecops.com | Hi Chris, I had to upgrade my server to a Dual CPU system with 1.5 GB memory in order for GT to work correctly, but that is primarily of the heavy traffic my server gets. When the traffic was young, such memory wasn't required. There is a work around though. You can monitor your loadavg in /proc. If it gets above 5, where I used to set it, I'd force an automatic restart of apache. That would solve the memory issue 9 times out of 10. |
