Well I am looking for something that I can use to have people submit applications for work. I just need like one link that says "Submit Application" and then takes people to a page that they can enter personal info then upload and attach a resume or other files then emails me upon a submission.
Does anyone know of something like this??
I did some searching but diddnt come up with anything.

You could probably tweak the Feedback module to do the emails. I don't think it would support attaching to email, unless you had it saved on the server somewhere. Plenty of uploads scripts for that

Maybe take a look at 4nTickets.

4nTickets - With this addon for phpNUKE Version 5.5 & 5.6 your visitors have the ability to create an ticket for support questions. An email is send to the subscriber with an ID number. With this number the user can login and can check to status of his/her ticket and what the admin has done to solve the problem.

European PHP-NUKE team had developed Academic Resume Review module which allowed users to upload their resume or online resume.

Ask Google god. He will point out where it is.
