I understand the subject might be a bit hard to understand, but let me explain:
I have a great phpnuke site in progress and I have a great theme. The problem is that the theme is not made for phpnuke at all, it's actually a normal HTML website that loads the content using iframes. Now, my problem/question/reuest is:
Can I either a) get someone to help me with converting it to a theme (I did a small try myself but decided to post here first before I devote too much time to it) or b) load the phpnuke modules like news etc. inside the html-page (this way I could still have joint signup for forums/site, a decent news system etc). The site is located here. If you have any questions or want to help me, I belive my MSN can be found under my profile. This is also my e-mail address. You can also PM me.
Thanks in advance!

It would be easier to convert it into a phpNuke theme

Start with an existing theme - preferably one with header.html, footer.html and such you can edit. Put your code in the header.html and footer.html
If you have problems with the theme structure, see http://www.nukecops.com/PHP-Nuke_customization.html

I can't get it to work for some reason. I have tried to add the code to the header, but when I load the theme I don't see any difference? Any chance that someone would be able to help me, at least getting started? Thanks.

Not sure, if you change the theme's header.html - it should change. Did you upload the correct file? Are you sure your site isn't being cached?

It shouldn't be, I used a few themes and both gave same result, I did enable the theme, and I did refresh it a few times. Basically, I took the code from index.html and then used it to replace the one in header.html. Does that sound wrong?

Should be correct... what theme are you using?
Perhaps that theme doesn't load the header.html correctly

Tried both 3D-Fantasy and Odyssey... I'll look over it again I guess. Do I have to change some ohter file so that it loads correctly?

Okey, I got it to work more or less like I wanted it! Check it out here! I know I haven't finished the middle part, but that's what I am going to ask you about:
As you can se on pages that are higher than the graphics (for example this one) it stretches, which isn't something I would like, obviously. Is it possible to add a scrollbar to the middle part when it exceeds a certain lenght, so that I can keep the looks intact?
Thanks!

EDIT: Also, there is some space between the start of the graphics and the top/border of the browser (I changed the backgroud color to white so that you could see it). Where do I need to edit to remove it?

Mmm well, not sure how you would do a scrollbar. Not without doing frames again

So what about the site having extra space around it, and would it actually be possible to have a frame and still use the phpnuke functionality?

Really phpNuke is not designed for frames. I would suggest if you could modify your theme to work on one page

Okey, sorry for asking a lot of what may be easy questions and for repeating myself, but I haven't found the correct place to do this:
where do I get rid of/changed the width of the white space around the images on the site?
You have been great help and I know you know how to change this. Thanks!

The problem seems to be that the background color is white. That can be solved by modifying your theme.php
Change the BODY tag
Code:

 bgcolor="#ffffff" text="#000000" link="#363636" vlink="#363636" alink="#d5ae83"

I'm not sure the width part can be fixed. It looks like its a static TABLE
Code:

WIDTH=1008

You may have to play with the table sizes, images, and margins to get it visible for 1024x768

I changed it so that you could see it. The real problem is the scrollbars appearing.

Remind me, where are the values for the margins located? I couldn't find them when I swemp trough the files recently.
