I do not know if this already was made before, but it would be very useful if the administrator could control, what comment are post or not...
It is possible that the comments must be, "or as an option" approved by the administrator before being published?

dont know if this would help you, but on my site I have made an admin module that lists all comments made on articles, it shows, the comment, who made it, and has a delete function (with confirmation) etc. I built this for the occasional "person" that put those abusive comments in, and it worked well. they can't be approved I don't think, but in the admin -> preferences you can enable moderation of the comments which'll allow you to delete comments you don't approve of.
