M4tt3r Image Host script + PHP Block v0.1 |
|
 M4tt3r writes "This is a complete website Image Hosting Script known as M4tt3r Image Host (MIH), small it may be, but powerful. You can set up a public image host for you and your friends, or even visitors that come to your site. You can upload up to 500kb (can be adjusted +/-) and all of the popular image types (jpg, gif, bmp, png, tif) including others. You can use it to upload an avatar, a signature or just any other picture you want to post. The default for image size is set at 1024 x 768, but you can adjust it easily in the config.php.
MIHv0.1, is a free public image host/script for your site, so anyone can shared pictures with anyone, without having to pay for anything.
This package also includes a block for your php-nuke site, that will allow visitors and your members to have a place to store avatars, sigs and other pictues, with just 2 clicks of the mouse. I tried to make it as clean of a layout as possible, if you have any comments or suggestions, please contact me at admin AT m4tt3r DOT com
I personally run it throught a sub-domain, and this is how'd I suggest to use it aswell. Very Easy to set-up.

Don't steal other people's images to use on your stuff.

Your pissed cuz you provided something similar, but without the image host script, and a paid image hosting service.
This is for the community not me, not you.
So you know what I'm going to do...
I'm going to make my own, VERY similar to yours, just to make you happy.
I would have left the image on, and even giving you credit for the "gif" after the email you wrote me... But since you posted this, FLAMING me, I don't think that would be a intelligent move on my part, cuz I don't like to associate myself with individuals who get all bent out of shape over petty and pointless crap.

It sounds more like your just trying to get everyone pissed at me, just so they don't use this EASY script and come grobbling to you,...umm ok.
I hope individuals here don't care about a stupid little 'GIF' image. I freaking remove it, I DON'T CARE!!!! GOT IT!
Your acting like I took your script, (even though I did ask politely for it, and explain to your what I was using it for) so I made one.
I even coded my own damn block, from scrath. Christ!, yes I saw (meaning what content) how you put your "browse & upload" in the script.
I even had to use this damn site to translate my response.php (html code) to true php code.

Man, it took me something like 12 hours to do this, cuz I'm not to good at php,(LOTS of trial and ERROR)...and for you to come and post a flame for the 1st comment, with in WHAT?....1 hr of is beign posted... * NO COMMENT! *
Now why are you posting a flame comment, instead of simply contacting me through my email in which I CLEARLY posted in the message.

Then you sent me an email BECAUSE of this comment.
In which i then replied to your email and I had thought this situation was resolved until i saw your comment posted here acting as if we never sent emails to each other after the fact.
If it werent for my comment here, then you never wouldve sent me an email. So dont act as if we talked first and then I came here after the fact, because we both know that is not true.
It doesnt matter how small the work is, if you take it and claim as your own when it isnt... that is always wrong to do.

I just thought that it was an image that you got also somewhere on the net. I am not saying I didn't get it from you, because that would be an obvious lie. I just thought it was one of those public, community type images.
I don't mean either to undermine your work; I just wanted an image host and an easy block, so my members and visitors would have an easy place to upload their stuff, and not to mention the little traffic it might bring in.
I'm not in it to make any money; I'm just doing this to learn.
