Hello there,

Yeap, this is very very nice concept.

Have you tried Drupal? Take a look at the language it's system.

It's only one archivq, a .po file, with a lot of expressions...

In the admin area there's a interface wich permits you to add/delete languages, based on these files.

There's also a expressiona manager, so you can see if there's a expression in a new language (other than english) that is not translated yet.

With this system you can have a really nice and useful front end to the language system.

And each module can have their .po file to, all you need to do is upload it and choose the language that you want to add the expressions.
