I explained the whole situation, as I see it, and offered up the suggests from my first post (above). I told them that you would appreciate it if they could contact YOU, since you don't seem to be able to get through to them.
I'll follow up on the 'ticket' when I get home. They seem to like me. They refer to me as one of their 'valued customers' 'cause I've pulled their ass out of the fire a few times. So, we'll go from there. BBL...
