No offense, but do you know what you are talking about?
The basic look is a standard template, its the coding behind it that matters. Making a new template is a day's work......XHTML

Phorum is recommended by Zend, they even use it. And its more secure then phpBB, let alone faster.

I hope to get a response from Paul. I've been sending him now 3 emails. But I will you know when there is a mod, I am talking now with the Phorum developers about hiring them.
