also, how many hackers/script kiddies do you know of that attempt to break into a site and then complain to the police because their illegal action was halted? hmm?
and where the heck are these supposed victims? other than ZX's speculations?
anyways, it's the responsibility of the webmaster to use the program correctly, it's NOT the responsibility of the program author to make sure that it's used appropriately. it's left to the admin's discretion.
