Comments box mod help

Great site guys! I just installed PHP-Nuke 6.7 and was wondering if anyone knew how to make the comments box go right under the news topics and surveys? I hate scrolling down to the comments section. It would look good in the middle right under the center box. Thanks ahead of time.

I think I know what you are talking about.

When you click the REDMORE link or the COMMENTS link to go to the Article to comment on it. There are blocks on the right that push all the Comments down. The only thing I could figure out was to remove those right side blocks. If you don't need them, then here's how.

I will use that process as a last result. If I find a way around it and/or remember how I did it last time I'll post it.
