I was wondering if anybody could outline what all the things in the extra folder do? I couldn't find a previous post about this in the forum and the homepage for Protector seems to be down, so apologies if this has been explained before.
What does the following things, which can be found in the extra folder, do exactly?
In step Step 4 A,B in the installation, I had to skip section A because I couldn't find the code. I can't seem to find the code bits from section B either, however.
Does this addon work with PHP Nuke 7.7? If so, how do you install it?

ADDBADBOTS is a file that will install a list of bad bots or robots that will be banned from your site. You need to upload this file to your site and run it from the browser. Once used delete it from your site.
Extra Blocks are two protector blocks that can be used on your site. One shows who has been banned and the other is a login block with information on who's on your site, who's logged on and so forth.
IP2 country file is a listing of banned sites that have been collected over the years that can be uploaded from your protector admin settings under 'ip2'. Click on browse and select the file from your desktop.
wap is files that are used for your website for cell phones who have access to the internet.
ps_checker is a file you upload to your site and run from your browser and it will check your database tables that protector uses. After using this file delete it from your site.
I'm not sure if the version you are using will work with 7.7. Mister's site had been down for some time and sure if he is coming back. But, you can go to this site and ask. The admin there from what I can tell use to be a moderator for protector. [url] http://www.dfwforums.net/[/url]

Would be too bad if he stopped development, because judging by the feature list it looks like a great addon. I'm particularly interested in it because of the ip tracking/blocking features.
I really hope to hear some good news from this project soon.
