When the admin or the moderator tries to split a topic or remove posts there appears in phpBB2 the error of wrong repagination. The issue gets aggravated when a member is deleted or selfdeleted as allowed in the Tweak Account 600 and 650 of Nukescripts. Then all his/her posts disappear and the script is not able to correctly allocate the remaining posts to their new pages. In fact the post id number remains as though sticked to the old page in spite of the fact that the post itself is displayed on the new page.

E.g., when you delete, say, post 7 out of 11 posts, the remaining 10 posts numbers do not get repaginated and number 11 remains associated with topic page 2, while post 11 has already shifted to page 1. So there are two topic pages listed on the forum page while in fact there is only one page.

This is a major bug in the phpBB2 port not yet addressed by the gurus. It makes impossible any serious administration and moderation of our forums. As a result we get 404 page or the Infiormation: "There are no posts in this forum!" when clicking on the link in the Forums block of the post we have just submitted.

2 things. 1. are you running Google Tap? If so, that's not a bug with only the forums themselves

2. Have you tried Re-Syncing the forums?

Thank you, AI. The problem seems to have been fixed after I ran the Optimize DB script from the site Admin section. Let me allow members to delete posts and see what happens. If I find another instance of wrong pagination, I will report it here.

The whole thing started over again, and I am suspecting it did never stop.

Here is the last case.

Last post (not displaying)

Last page (not displaying)

Last page (along with the last post displayed)

And this before and after Re-Syncing the forums and optimizing the DB...
