Error when installing phpBB-2.0.6-Port-Beta1 to PHP-Nuke 6.0

after i up loaded phpBB-2.0.6-Port-Beta1 to a 6.0 version and sign in as admin and click on the forum icon i get this error.

chmod the Forums folder to 777 then try going to http://yourwebsite.com/modules.php?name=Forums

the folder (no the contents) was at 777
