Chmod the Forums folder to 777 and then retry your conversion/installation. |

Oh sorry. The analyzer checks for certain values in the database that tend to cause problem for folks and its almost ported to sub-6.5 versions. |

Ok folks, analyze has been ported so if you can grab it. Its another tool in the arsenal to diagnose buggy installs. |

Every error you are getting both on the importer and the analyze script are caused by the same thing, you need to install the bbtonuke port, the concept behind the importer is that it will grab your phpBB tables, convert them to bbtonuke's format then load them into your existing bbtonuke tables. |

i have installed it - i'm not exactly sure what you mean by installing- I uploaded the files in the modules folder and then ran the install - hmm |

Odd i couldn't find the forum's database tables listed in the analyzer link you posted, maybe i missed them? |

The tables that the port creates are not listed in your database at all. For instance, some of the tables include:
_bbconfig
_bbtopics
As you see, they are missing. |
