No Admins in Sentenial

I dont knwo what happen but it seems all my admins in sentianl are gone, there were 3 but not i cant find them, and when i scan, i dont get anyone, even though there are admins:

now when anyone logs in, and trys to get to the forums, or member list i get this error:

You need to run the upgrade for your forums.

Ok i ran the upgrade on my database, now i can click on "Auth list" in Sential and noone is there, so i click on "Scan for new Admins" and noone show up.

Also off the topic, my "blocks" function dosent show, just goes to blank page Sad
