check your css file in your theme directory, or in your tables.php file or theme.php, might be a color tag in the body or table, or something in the css, when viewing the source from your page there's several td and bg color tags that have #FFFFFF in them which is the hex code for white, a simple seach in one of these files with a bit of trial and error should get you going in the right direction.

Yeah, i've been doing that for ages i was hoping someone would know whch attribute to change, i've done trial and error with the whole style.css file and i'm yet to do it completely with theme.php.
Any more suggestions?
