Do your directories have the proper permissions (CHMOD)?

doh! Mad
Thanks wish everything was that simple. Not quite working yet though. Now after I've added a folder it doesnt appear in the "Folder Administration". Also, when I go to "upload file" it says "select one of the active modules" and has a blank drop down box. I've read everything there is to read about it and the only thing i can figure is that it is the "upload.sql" file found in this step:

3) Create the new tables in the db (same db as the nuke). The file
'upload.sql' contains the definitions how the tables are specified
and you may use the file directly, if $prefix == "nuke". Otherwise
you need play with sed or something like that.

not really sure what this means.

You must use phpMyAdmin to run that .sql file. Use phpMyAdmin and hit Import. And in case your $prefix value was changed to something other than "nuke", you will have to rename the created tables to start with the prefix you are using

Added "nuke" db to MySql. Then went to phpMyAdmin ->databases-> nuke-> sql -> location of text file-> selected "upload.sql". Is this what you are talking about?

You added a new database named "nuke" ? Or is the "nuke" database where things are already?

what i was trying to do was to make it where the users wouldnt have to host their sig through image shack for our forum and just upload their sig from their comp. to our site.

Well its probably safer to use imageshack rather than having uploads on your server. Uploads really pose a security risk for your server.
Just to tell you - best of luck
