Premature end of script headers when running admin.php

Alright I'm somewhat of a newbie to PHP but I've worked with CGI/Perl before so I'm not hopeless. I followed the directions in the Idiot Guide after trying on my own with no avail. I've uploaded it correctly, and the server runs PHP because there were two preinstalled scripts (namely phpMyAdmin and a webmail script). When I try to run admin.php, or nukesql.php, or even analyzer.php I get a 500 error, and upon log inspection this is what it says: "Premature end of script headers: /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/bluesummers.com/cgi-bin/phpnuke/html/nukesql.php"

Any help is GREATLY appreciated, thanks in advance.

Call me simple here but wouldn't the perl interpreter be trying to parse anything in the cgi-bin ?
