For those of you that do not know what ModernBill is, it is an automated transaction software solution for web hosting companies to process new clients.
I paid a guy called Stephen Preissler from modernadvisors.com to complete the configuration of our modernbill software. Basically set it up to process the payments, automate the clients welcome emails etc.
After 3 months the system was still not functioning and would not process the clients correctly.
In the end the support team at modernbill themselves went out of their way to complete the work that Modern Advisors were paid to do.
Conturary to modernadvisors 'satisfaction guarantee', they will not offer a refund to unsatisfied customers and Stephen (owner of modern advisors) is down right rude when dealing with unhappy customers.
Sadly it is a small community for ModernBill and he is one of the few people that offer a configuration service so is easily able to rip customers off with little or no affect to his business.
I would strongly advise anyone that is thinking of using the modernbill software to avoid Stephen from modernadvisors.com and his company.
