Right List of blocks have disappeared

When i upgraded My php-nuke recently, my right blocks have disappeared, unless I load one module which has a

include("footer.php")

at the end of it. I dont know how I can get it to come back, please reply. Thanks

Right Blocks Missing
(usually when installing the Patched files or phpNuke 7.9)

Your theme needs to be updated as follows

in theme.php

I have this very issue with 'right side' blocks - v7.5 patched. Problem is this fix does not work for me. Any other suggestions??

** SOLVED **

The patched v7.5 I was using: 3.1... so I just updated the site to 3.4 and now everything works as it should.
