AHHHHHH YEAHHHH...

This wasn't exactly what I needed to do but it got me on the right track. I justed need to make the change in the categories.php file.

So to make things clear I changed /modules/News/categories.php

Found where it had "limit $storynum" and changed that to "limit 15"

Now at these link only you can see more. Very Happy Nothing in the homepage has been changed.
