What module/function can I use to allow users to add their email address to a list in order to receive a monthly newsletter? Thanks.

Members can subscribe on the newsletter by logging in Your Account and there choose Change your information, where members can subscribe on the newsletter.

Is there a simpler way to do this? I would like them to be able to enter their email address without having to create an account etc.
