Hi
I was wondering if it is possible to play a specific mp3 ie "welcome to xxxxx website". when someone accesses the site for the first time. I am an internet radio station and stream music 24/7. Any pointers would be appreciated

To be honest I wouldn't bother.
Audio on web pages tends to turn people away. I like to surf in peace as do most people as quite often the PC is being used to play music via Winamp or something else.
It's extremely annoying to have other audio over the top no matter how short and for what purpose.
Even sites made in Flash that have audio in the buttons gets on my nerves.
