Let me briefly describe my problem.

I am a dial-up user co-running(my partner is the brains of the bunch Wink) a forum using Nuke software. Being that I am on dial-up, I get phone calls in the middle of surfing. And when I log back on, I lose the new posts that have been made when I click on "View posts since last visit". Because technically, it's a new visit.

On each individual forum, there is an option at the bottom to view posts from the previous 1 Day, 7 Days, 2 Weeks ...etc.

What my question is ... is there a way to add this feature to the main forum page??? Kinda like a New Posts feature or Active Topics feature (this is what I've seen it called on other forum software versions).

I searched for an answer before asking and couldn't find anything (probably by my own fault). Any help would be appreciated.

Also, if this is not the right forum, please feel free to move it.

Hi... I will take the liberty of replying, however, please know I am far from a phpBB expert.

The forums is kind of a "different" software package than the rest of PHP Nuke. Actually, it is a modified version of the phpBB forum software. What you are asking can surely be done, however, most here are not in the business of making a modification to phpBB like you are asking.

I do understand your frustration as the same thing has happened to me in the past.

I apologize for not being more helpful.
