Is it possible to set a post-creation time limit for editing posts in the phpbb forums?
I've seen forums where the user can make edits on his/her posts for a brief time after creation (for spelling edits, etc.), but after that short time period lapses, the post can no longer be edited by the user.
Ah. Began trying to get an answer for this question over at phpbb.com, and here's the not-so-happy answer:
*NUKE is not supported here and nuke ported phpBB is not supported here.
The real drag is, I found two good looking mods for phpbb that would do time limits for posts, but both mods are for regular phpbb 2.0.22, not ported. The file and table structures for regular phpbb and ported phpbb are different.
So, phpbb.com is not a place to get help.
Does anyone know if there are mods available for ported phpbb, and if so, maybe a helpful link or two?
Thanks!

Most of the mods should work, but alas... asking for help at phpBB involves not mentioning phpNuke. You'd have to try the code changes and see if you can get it ported to work
