I turned error reporting on and get the following for index.php:

It looks like its not reading your config table. Make sure your tables are loaded in the database and your table prefix settings in config.php are correct
I finally got my forum up and created a super user and another account. But now I can't log in with either account. The info is stored in the database, so Nuke can write to the db.
