Request your webhost to open UDP port 9110 or whatever port that your TS works on and it will open up.

if your still having issues with blocks and teamspeek it might be in your teamspeek its self if your running linux, try typing this in the linux shell as root user

db configuration setprop teamspeak TCPPort 51234

then restart it

signal-event remoteaccess-update

works ok for me and most blocks do not have issues after you open that port on your server
