Nuke Sentinel

Hello,

Recently, I got some users were blocked by Nuke Sentinel with reason "Abuse Harvest" - Request Method : Get

Here it is :

I want to make sure it is kind of hacker who tried to send the spam bot to my site ? or innocent user did sth wrong ?

My guess is that it is a normal user. They have "Download" in their User Agent which is being blocked

I have been seeing lately the following in my tracked IP log:

Where none is the IP Address, rsv is the country code (reserved) and the rest is the date an time. However, I can't find this entry in my system log. Any idea what's going on here???
