Hi there,

i have this codes on my config.php

// DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING

$prefix = empty($user_prefix) ? $prefix : $user_prefix;

$reasons = array("As Is","Offtopic","Flamebait","Troll","Redundant","Insighful","Interesting","Informative","Funny","Overrated","Underrated");

$badreasons = 4;

$AllowableHTML = array("table"=>2,"td"=>2,"tr"=>2,"target"=>2,"img"=>2, "font color"=>2,"bgcolor"=>2,"font"=>2,"color"=>2, "embed"=>2,"p"=>2,"hr"=>2,"width"=>2,"b"=>2,"i"=>2,"u"=>2,"div"=>2,"a"=>2,"em"=>2, "br"=>2,"strong"=>2,"blockquote"=>2,"tt"=>2,"li"=>2,"ol"=>2,"ul"=>2);

$CensorList = array("Rainbow Brite","cunt","person","Rainbow Brite","pussy","Rainbow Brite","c0ck","cum","twat","clit","Rainbow Brite","fuk","fuking","motherfucker");

i've just edited this (config.php) file in aim to allow html tags..but it not working.is there anything i have to add or edit?

There are some ways to allow HTML codes.

Try the followings:
Code:

------ [ OPEN ] --------------
<nuke-root>/mainfile.php

------ [ FIND ] ---------------
function check_html ($str, $strip="") {
....
..
.

The 'check_html' function declared in mainfile.php is your place to edit.

To allow selective HTML codes for your moduels or blocks, you may tweak your DB in nuke_config field (for instace, add a field allowHtml).

Then read the allowHtml field from _config.
For canonical method, evader99's nuke-patch works great. However, from time to time, this prohibition of HTML codes (especially, 'UNION' command for sql DB) is really critical. But you may selectively allow html safely as long as you don't allow user posting with HMTL.

Only for admin HTML input is ok and possible as far as your admin will not be hacked by snippet of HTML codes.

Good Luck.

That sounds great.
As long as you concern about your phpnuke site(s), please keep using security patch, chatserv work is good, evader99's good too (technically 8.0+).
But, most textarea in admin should be reconsidered to allow html. For this, my new Enterprise level of phpnuke will come up after two couples of my long disappearnce from phpnuke worlds.
