Do some searches for a conversion script. I know if you look on vbulletin and I think there is still a post on phpnuke.org about using vbulletin as your forums and a hackish way of linking the logins. At the very least you could look for a script that will convert vbulletin to bb2nuke.
Google will be your friend in this case as I think there is very minor activity anymore here.
