New Instalation SQL Errors in PHP

Greetings everyone. Ive looked through the Faq's and on a couple of other sites too and was wondering if I could get some help.

My site Address is 63.64.157.157 running IIS 5.0 latest PHPNuke 6.5 Beta8. have my config.php set. and when I try and hit the admin page I get the following

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: message_die() in E:\inetpub\wwwroot\db\db.php on line 88

Runing 4.0.1 of MySql. Also installed MyODBC of 3.5.1
Database is Populated.

ActivePerl-5.8.0.805 Installed
php 4.3.0 Installed.

Also tried running phpMyAdmin

Access denied for user: 'administrator@127.0.0.1' (Using password: YES)

Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Your config.php setings are incorrect, you must create a user and a database in your MySQL server and $dbhost is usually localhost.
