I get the title field, the topic drop down box, and then this error where the message should go. o_O

"Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/council/public_html/admin/modules/stories.php on line 1281"

Yup, this seems to be a bug. I will report this on bugs.nukecops.com

Download this file and replace the old one with it.

Let me know if this solves your problem.
