I've written before, and I'm still getting nowhere. I'm having a hard time getting googletap to work on my site http://new.ucip.com
It goes Error 404 for my Forums, and simply refuses to work on anything else.
Does anyone have *current* files for Nuke 6.5 that they can send me? I don't understand this CVS stuff or how to works, and am too much of a newb to figure it out for myself I'm afraid /-:
The other option is for some one to talk me through installation in idiot-speak (Go here, click here, download this, unzip, then open this, and do this)
Thank you!

Hi, you can simply download the footer.php, header.php, and .htaccess from the homepage here:
And save them over the ones in your site. (Backup first!)

So... I don't have to switch out or replace anything? Just copy directly over the files themselves?

OK, I did that, and when I put in the .htaccess file... I lost access to the site /-:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Ok this could mean a couple things:
- mod_rewrite is not installed with your apache
- mod_rewrite is installed but your host doesn't allow you to use .htaccess
If you can't use it, grab
header.plain
footer.plain
htaccess.plain
From the CVS GoogleTap folder and rename them to:
header.php
footer.php
.htaccess
On your site (backup first).

mod-rewrite is installed on the server, and it is enabled. .htaccess is able to be used, because I can do other things in .htaccess (like redirects)
One thing I noticed, when I tried installing this before, download.html *did* in fact put me on the downloads page. It was the only one that actually worked though.
Now... I've put in the .plain files (found them, yay!) and I don't see where that's actually done anything? (http://new.ucip.com if you need/want to look yourself)
