I've also got this problem and it means I can't do anything with my site. Does anyone have a solution?!!? I've editted the config file and even REMd those lines that parse the html but to no avail.

by the looks of it your using below 7.9 there is a big major issues with patched the latest versions, is strips all html tags leaving ""
i will take a look at this further see how much damage has been caused by the sripiing and removal of html tags and possible release fix packs here at nc
